Consulting engagements run 8 to 20 weeks depending on scope. Training programs are a half-day to a few weeks. Speaking engagements are 30 minutes to half a day. We will scope this with you before anything is signed.

Honest answer: the most common reason adoption fails is that training and change management got added at the end as an afterthought. We run them on day one, in parallel with the policy and documentation work. That is the entire difference.

No. Documentation and training are designed to fit around your real work. Most of the training uses your actual files and workflows, which means the team is learning the tool by doing their job in it.

That is most of our clients. Delivery is remote by default, with on-site sessions available in the Montreal area and travel elsewhere. Everything ships in English and French with native fluency.

We will tell you, and usually point you at a smaller engagement. A workshop instead of a build. A speaker instead of a consultant. Declining work is part of how we choose work, and how we earn trust.

Scope, milestones, and a fixed fee are agreed before we start. No surprise timesheets. No change orders we didn't discuss first. If you want a rough range up front, we will share one in the first call; we just prefer to scope the work before quoting it.
